Cliff’s Plumbing & Heating was founded in 1979 by Cliff and Anne Mann and 43 years later, in April 2022, the company was bought by Rod and Joan Crich who also own Sepoy Wiring LTD. Cliff’s Plumbing and Heating is a licensed plumbing and heating company with qualified technicians to serve Huron, Perth, Grey, Bruce Counties and surrounding areas. Our tradesmen have the required licenses and qualifications to meet government and industry standards and with their extensive installation and service experience in a variety of situations that can ensure the job is done to code.
Rod was born and raised in Lucknow. You would often see him at the arena playing hockey, biking around town or cutting lawns for the locals as part of his first business. He then went on to work at Bain’s Grocery where he stocked shelves and did the grocery deliveries. In the final year of high school, he started working at Ritchie Electric where he got his apprenticeship. In 1993 Rod was married to his wife Joan. After gaining some experience they moved on to start an electrical business and in 1999, Sepoy Wiring Ltd. was born. Even with a busy household consisting of 3 sons and 1 daughter he later achieved his Master’s Degree in electrical and continues to gain knowledge in the Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC industry to this day.
With a highly capable and dedicated staff, we are able to meet our customers’ needs while complying with all industry codes and safety precautions. Our staff consists of Licensed Plumbing & HVAC Journeymen, apprentices and office administrators who all work tirelessly to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, provide quality work and ensure customer satisfaction.
We are authorized dealers for Continental, Carrier, Waterfurnace, and Gould Pumps. Our technicians are qualified to install a variety of systems in accordance with local building codes and government regulations. We make every effort to provide our customers with 24-hour emergency service when they are without heat or water.
